    About Me

    My Background

    Educational consultant Jacqui has over 30 years in the Educational Sector. She is a National Leader of Education/System leader and has 15 years as a Head teacher, 6 years as an Executive Head Teacher, 4 years as a CEO and 5 years running a successful Teaching School. She has teaching experience across the primary age range and has worked in many different education structures from small rural schools to more recently a newly formed Academy.  She is a trained School Effectiveness Partner, Ofsted Inspector and more recently a System Leader.


    My Experience

    Jacqui was awarded National Leader of Education status in 2014 and trained as an Ofsted inspector in July 2016. She is also a trained system leader June 2023. She was a finalist for Head Teacher of the year 2018 for Worcestershire. She continues to work closely with many Head Teachers, CEOs, Governors and Directors through school effectiveness strategies. She has found that mutual sharing of good practice secures the best school improvement.  Jacqui brings a sense of humour and realistic understanding to the best job in the world.

    Achievements

    Ofsted came to visit two of her schools at the same time! and stated:- "The executive headteacher sets very high expectations of staff and is passionate about ensuring that all pupils do as well as they can. She has assembled a unified staff team in a relentless drive to improve teaching and learning."
